Notes on Alcoholic Beverage Service:

  • Guests who appear to be under the age of 35 will be asked for identification.
  • We serve two (2) beverages per person, per visit to the beverage station.
  • Alcoholic beverage service will end one (1) hour before your event is over.
  • Beverages will be available to guests when the reception begins.
  • A 100 person minimum is required for food and beverages. Please add sales tax and 20% service charge. Please note that prices listed on all invoice correspondence will include sales tax. Prices and menu selections are subject to change.

Additional Rental Time

Any amount of time that extends beyond the contracted rental time or past 11:00pm (applies to wedding breakdown only) is considered overtime.  No more than one hour of overtime may be purchased for any event. Additional time may be purchased in 30-minute increments at $150, up to one hour, no earlier than three weeks before your event date.
